This network will take an assets based and intersectional approach, based on needs and in a context of structural inequalities.

This network will aim to centre the margins and actively reach out to diverse community groups. It will be proactive in making requests for any support needs in all its activities.

There will be an emphasis on sharing power and expertise, with co-production as a starting point wherever possible.

There will be an emphasis on active listening and compassion. 

Integrity

Accountability will be at the heart of the network, incorporating reflection time and feedback from those it works with to ensure it is guided by needs and different forms of evidence rather than predetermined goals. Communication will be clear and transparent to help set expectations.
